We have had quite a few milestones in the last few months - some of which are really easily to put on a piece of paper (or a blog post) and some of which are more challenging to articulate. One of the coolest things ties to Carson's incredible personalty. He is becoming more and more expressive 0 not just with his words (which are getting significantly more advanced with the help of weekly speech therapy) but his facial and emotional expression. When we explain something is sad, he pouts his lips, furrows his brow and says "I'm so sad" in a super funny fake way. He also, fake burbs and fake hiccups- with a little giggle each time. Then I read stories to him, often making up different voices. Just yesterday Carson started making up his own voices too. He's becoming quite the little comedian.
Honestly, the developing personality has its challenges too - temper tantrums, talking back, overall feisty-ness - but I wouldn't trade it for anything. The little man gets cooler and cooler everyday. Cant wait to see what the next few months have in store for us.
