Where does the time go?

I can't believe we are an hour away from the first day of July. This year is flying by and I feel like I'll blink and the year will be over. I try so hard to capture every moment, remember what is happening, but Carson's development and changes are happening so quickly right now. Everyday we can actually SEE him learning. Whether he is studying your mouth trying to figure out how those words come out - that's still a tough one for him. Or figuring out how to use his spoon and fork - getting better everyday. Or wanting to help mom, dad or the nanny Renata with the basic tasks around the house - opening and closing doors, putting away dishes, sweeping the floor - Carson wants to be there to help with it all.

It's a really fun time too where Carson continues to be social hanging out with friends, meeting new people, and being out and about San Francisco. He still thinks the coolest thing ever is the city bus - and stop, stares, points, says "BUH" (his version of bus) - every chance he can get. I'm still waiting for this to get old, but it doesn't seem to - at least not yet.

So, now, Jason and I are merely trying to keep up with our little man. He is so fast, curious, impatient, and strong willed. It keeps me on my toes for sure, keeps me smiling, and constantly reminding myself how lucky I have to be surrounded everyday with the most amazing guys in the world.

So...a few pics (Nana Williams, hope you enjoy these while on vacation). xoxo
